Sean Christensen has worked for Microsoft for over 4 ½ years and in the wider IT Service Management industry for over 16 years; currently he is the Senior Technical Product Manager for System Center 2012 Service Delivery & Automation. Prior to his current role Sean worked within the Australian subsidiary as a Services Executive and Operations Consulting Lead focusing on Service Delivery consulting to customers. Prior to joining Microsoft Sean worked for BMC Software and its partners as a Business Service Management Solution Architect for the Asia Pacific region, Atrium CMDB and Remedy ITSM architect, instructor and consultant. Sean holds the ITIL v3 Expert qualification.
