HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
At this time the hotel block for Microsoft Management Summit 2012 has closed..
Changes & cancellations to existing reservations can be made via Return Visit Services site. The Registration team will facilitate all change requests through 5:00pm PST on Wednesday, April 4. After that time, you must contact the hotel directly. All change requests are subject to the hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel.
Cancellation Information
- For non-package attendees, should you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date you will be refunded the deposit.
- Registration/Hotel Package: Cancellation of the package occurring between March 23rd and 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date will result in a refund of the pre-paid four (4) nights room and tax included in your registration package. Cancellation of the registration package within 72 hours or failure to appear on your expected arrival date will result in a refund of three (3) nights hotel room and tax only, in addition to the cancellation of your reservation for the remainder of your stay.
- Discounts or partial refunds will not be issued to registration/hotel package attendees staying less than four (4) nights, including unplanned early checkouts.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
- Failure to appear on the expected date of arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit, in addition to the cancellation of your reservation for the remainder of the stay.
