Q: Who can I contact with a question about the event or CommNet access?
A: If you have a question about the event that is not answered here, please send an email to the MMS Event Team alias and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
For registration-related questions, please contact the MMS Registration Team.
Q: What can I do now that MMS is sold out?
A: You can add yourself to the MMS Registration waitlist. If space becomes available, we will be allocating registration passes to individuals on the waitlist in the order that the requests are received. Check out the Registration page for more info and instructions.

A: Return to your registration record via Registration Return Visit Services to print an invoice or update your registration record.
Q: Where do I find the latest session and general
MMS updates?
A: Session details, updates and other important MMS information is available online at www.mms-2012.com. Onsite, the updates will also be available via the CommNet stations located in Attendee
Services (Venetian Ballroom). In addition, the Information Desk, located in Attendee Services, will have general conference information.
Q: How do I get copies of the presentations?
A: Session PowerPoints can be downloaded from the Schedule Builder tool on CommNet. Session recordings are available for on-demand viewing on the Digital MMS site.

Q: Can I purchase a guest pass for evening events?
A: Yes. Before the event, you may add a guest pass to your registration by logging in to your registration record via Registration Return Visit Services and following the links to add a guest. Once the event begins, you may purchase guest passes at the MMS Registration desk. These will allow guests over the
age of 21 to attend the Expo Welcome Reception and
the Attendee Party.
Q: Can I use my cell phone during the event?
A: Of course, but we do ask that you be considerate of other attendees and our presenters. While in sessions, please set your cell phones to silent modes. Exit the session if you need to use your cell phone.
Q: Will there be a first aid station at the event?

Please do not dial 911. Contacting 911 by phone or cellular phone could cause confusion and delays in response by emergency personnel. Convention center security will contact Fire or Police agencies and will be able to provide efficient address and location information, as well as render immediate, critical care. A map will be available in the conference guide.
