Richard is a Program Manager for System Center and works on App Controller, a web delivered application for self-service users to manage applications running in private and public clouds. Richard’s background in management and operations includes working on System Center Essentials, assisting some of Microsoft’s largest customers as a Technical Account Manager, and also being part of the central tools team for IT Operations in MSN.
